Actor Harman Baweja, who returns to acting with Hansal Mehta’s web series Scoop, has finally opened up about his rumored relationship with Priyanka Chopra. He made his Bollywood debut with the movie Love Story 2050 starring Priyanka. The film was released in 2008. At the time, it was reported that the duo had fallen in love with each other on film sets and were dating. In an interview, Harman spoke about reporting and said dealing with tabloids was “an integral part” of showbiz.

When Harman made his Bollywood debut, audiences went gaga over his looks. They were even impressed by his dancing style. He was constantly compared to Hrithik Roshan. Besides his work, it is also his personal life that has made the headlines. Recently, while speaking to ETimes, Harman reacted when asked about the constant media attention on his supposed relationship with Priyanka. The actor said, “It’s the tabloids to begin with. They’re not really interested in whether you did a movie or bagged another movie or worked hard on a film set and got hurt. They see you outside a restaurant and three minutes later another girl walks out of the same restaurant and apparently the tabloids think you’re having lunch with that girl, when in reality it’s probably not true. “
He continued: “I would have gone for a packet of food and the other girl might have been with her dad. The balls were fun when they were sweet but it was bitter when they weren’t. is an integral part of the line, you can’t really complain.”
Outside of Love Story 2050, Harman and Priyanka worked together on What’s Your Raashee? Also. It was released in 2009. Years later, Harman is set to make a comeback with the most anticipated series, Scoop. It also stars Karishma Tanna, Prosenjit Chatterjee, Mohammad Zeeshan Ayyub, Deven Bhojani and Tannishtha Chatterjee in key roles. It will be released on Netflix on June 2.
