Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra have been married since 2018 and ever since then fans have been in awe of how Nick has adapted very well to Indian PC culture as well. Priyanka is seen celebrating various Indian festivals like Holi and Diwali in Los Angeles and Nick also joins her. In a recent interview Nick opened up about their daughter’s upbringing Malta Mary with the principles of Hinduism as well as biblical principles. He said in a podcast with Dax Shepard that he had a very deep and meaningful relationship with God, but God took many different forms than he read about in books. He confessed that now that he married a Hindu woman, he learned a lot more about the Hindu religion and found it very inspiring. Therefore, they are raising a child who is going to have elements of biblical principles and also elements of the Hindu faith.
Malti visited India for the first time during the NMACC launch and Priyanka made sure to take her to Siddhi Vinayak as it was her first visit to India. Priyanka and Nick have also made sure that her name is a fusion of both cultures.
Their daughter was born in January 2022 through surrogacy. Professionally, Priyanka was last seen in ‘Citadel’ and ‘Love Again.’ The actress has now started filming for her upcoming “Heads Of State” with John Cena and Idris Elba in London.
Her next Hindi film, “Jee Le Zaraa,” is set to premiere later this year, starring Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif.
